 Ogle School wants to recognize those who best exemplify our Mission and Values in practice, those who have endured many challenges and persevered to be successful, strong and a symbol of excellence - A Pearl - a rarity with its high luster and deep color that is held in high regard. The Pearl has been established to recognize those individuals.
To be considered for The Pearl, the nominee must have been employed for at least one year and demonstrated one or more of Ogle’s Values to a degree well above the expectations of the nominator or has made an extraordinary contribution towards upholding Ogle’s Mission Statement.
As we continue to build upon our tradition and promising future, The Pearl winners will lead the way. Your role as a nominator is to help us find them. All nominators must have been employed for at least six months. Please see below our Mission Statement, the Values and the behaviors that describe them in detail to assist you.
Ogle School prepares committed students for rewarding careers in the beauty industry through salon-modeled, student-centered training and development of the highest caliber.

 Service to the Customer: Student-centered, listens to and builds relationships with customers, makes and meets commitments, and exemplifies service to customers (our customers are students, faculty, staff, clients, employers and regulatory agencies).
Teamwork: Cooperative, advocates for the team, enthusiastic and is supportive of teammates.
Excellence: Gets results, accountable for measured results, continuously seeks improvement, challenges self and others, and demonstrates courage.
